THE CHAKRAS

“For centuries, the spiritual systems of ancient civilizations in India, Tibet, and China have all come to a similar understanding of seven basic energy centers that line up along the spine, best known to us as “Chakras.”

Chakras regulate bodily functions, the senses and the mind. Each Chakra has a specific vibrational frequency, which are associated with the light spectrum (color), biji (sound), and iconography (symbol) that help in tuning into the Chakras.

The Ayurvedic system gives the same elemental names to the five lower Chakras beginning at the throat, and following their way down to the sacrum. The two upper Chakras, the Third Eye and the Crown Chakra, correspond to the individual’s connection to Spirit and the Universe.

Polarity Therapy system acknowledges the Ayurvedic versions of the Chakras, as does Polarity Wellness Tarot.

What People Are Saying

“I’ve explored different types of energy healing over the years, but what turned me on about this class is that on top of the mental and spiritual uplift, I was now creating movement that was cleansing and awakening.

By my moving with intention, all of a sudden the healing awareness was translated into action, and I felt the shift immediately.”
