May 2026

In a time when so much is shifting, communication can feel surprisingly complex. It’s not always about what we want to say—but how we articulate it. This month, I turned to Tarot to explore that question:

How do I express myself clearly and authentically?

I pulled four cards and allowed them to form a pathway—one that moves from grounding, to alignment, to expression, and finally to heart-centered communication.

The Core Message

At its essence, this reading is simple:

  •  Love yourself and your vision

  •  Take time to clarify your thoughts

  •  Speak with confidence and compassion

  •  Stay connected to your body as you communicate

The Cards and Their Guidance

Nine of Earth (Pentacles) Grounding in Confidence

This card speaks to maturity, satisfaction, and trusting where you are. Communication doesn’t have to be flawless—it evolves.

Practice: Imagine yourself in a well-tended garden. Move slowly and with appreciation.

The World XXIAlignment with Spirit

The World represents wholeness and integration. It invites you to speak from a place of deep alignment, even while acknowledging your limitations.

Practice: Move freely, even playfully. Let your body guide you toward a sense of openness and connection.

Eight of Fire (Wands)Letting Energy Flow

This is the spark of expression—fast, intuitive, and alive. But clarity requires a moment of awareness before release.

Practice: Add spontaneity. Change directions. Let movement interrupt your patterns.

Ace of Water (Cups)Speaking from the Heart

All communication begins here: with openness, care, and presence.

Practice: Hold your hands at your heart. Breathe. Let your words arise from this place.
