This month, I turned to Tarot to explore that question: How do I express myself clearly and authentically?
I pulled four cards and allowed them to form a pathway—one that moves from grounding, to alignment, to expression, and finally to heart-centered communication.

I used a 4-card elemental spread, allowing each placement to speak not only through traditional Tarot meanings, but through the lens of the body and energy systems explored in Tarot and the Chakras.
