Understanding Ayurveda
To understand Polarity Therapy and then to understand Tarot & the Chakras, it is helpful to begin with Ayurveda. AYURVEDA is the ancient holistic science of healing from India.
The Famous Polarity Man

Major Arcana Cards
The PWT system breaks the Major Arcana cards to more easily comprehended into sub categories. Yet still relates them to elements and body parts.
Air/Sword Cards
Swords/Air cards signify everything mental. They are our thoughts, ideas, contemplations and communication skills.
Fire/Wand Cards
Wands/Fire cards are creative and intuitive. They are about spontaneity and insight. They can be associated with focusing energy and is the active, driving force behind anything we do.

Explaining Tarot in Motion™
Tarot in Motion™ is a new way I have developed and deepen the practice of Tarot. It has come through my own understanding of both Tarot and somatic awareness. When we are in our bodies, we receive a kind of understanding, which is deeply felt, permeating our whole awareness: body, mind, and spirit.
The Ether Element
In metaphysical wisdom systems Ether is most often equated with space itself. It is associated with the entire wheel of the zodiac, and all elements are expressed through this realm.
The Air Element
The Air Element is the lightest of the Four Active Elements. It is linked to movement, quickness and agility. It is quick versus stagnant. The Air Element rules our thoughts.
The Fire Element
The basic qualities of the Fire element are obviously heat, brightness and clarity. Fire is compelling.
The Water Element
The Water Element conveys our ability to be receptive, to flow, and be flexible. Water is nurturing and facilitates making connections.
The Earth Element
Earth is energy manifested into form, and defines boundaries. Earth Element is slow and patient. Earth is also solid, secure and grounded. This element defines our boundaries.
